Our client is looking for an apprentice product administrator to join their friendly and professional team.

LMare seeking an apprentice product administrator to join their busy company full of supportive individuals via a business administration apprenticeship. The ideal candidate should have a motivated, positive attitude with strong computer skills and good attention to detail. It would be advantageous to have some previous experience in customer service.

The successful individual will have the opportunity to progress and grow within a well-respected company with the position of a product administrator potentially available at the end of the apprenticeship for the right candidate.

The job role is varied but the main duties will include:

  • Data entry
  • Social media
  • E-mail correspondence
  • Invoicing
  • Occasionally putting signage together
  • Updating websites and design systems with relevant changes
  • Answering incoming calls
  • Customer service
  • Liaising with clients via telephone and e-mail
  • Proofreading
  • Working with designers

Full training provided throughout.

The working week will consist of a routine, Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm, finishing at 4:00pm on a Friday, (with a 1-hour lunch). The weekly wage is set at £150, to start.

The successful apprentice will be working towards a nationally recognised Level 2 NVQ in Business Administration.

There will be the opportunity to move onto the Level 3 upon completion, and there is an excellent opportunity to gain a full-time role if the apprentice is willing to work hard for their achievements.

Desired qualifications

GCSE (or equivalent) grades A*-C/9-4 in English and Maths, preferred but not essential.

Future prospects
